The house is 6 blocks' walking distance to Hermosa beach pier & restaurants; it's directly across the street from the greenbelt (3.75 mile long walking/jogging path) with a beautiful view of the trees, bright & sunny inside, open beam vault ceilings, tile floors in kitchen & bathroom, new carpeting, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer, 2 car garage with automatic opener (6'5" clearance), lot size 31' X 91', beautiful secluded & private backyard with covered patio and private pool (pool service & gardener provided); Meyer lemon tree in backyard, quiet neighborhood, non-smoking.

It's a great deal at $1,400! You can choose to have your room furnished or unfurnished but the rest of the house is set up. I'm in my early 40s and very active in the neighborhood. I have a darling 1-year old small puppy (Lakeland Terrier, 14 pounds) who is well trained. I included a photo of her.
