Room for Rent Near Hermosa Beach

Hello! This is a large room for rent with a private detached bathroom. The apartment has all new wood floors and is completely furnished besides the bedroom. We are one a 1-year lease, but you can sublease the room out of you need to leave earlier than that. The apartment comes with a shared parking space with one other person and ample street parking. There?s a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and some storage in the garage.

Location, location, location. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Hermosa Beach pier and right next to many restaurants and bars. LAX is a 15 minute drive or a $17 uber. The 405 is a quick 10 minutes away giving you access to anywhere. This is the perfect spot!

No pets allowed. The house currently is home to a male and a female in their mid-20?s. Ages 22-32 male or female working a professional job desired. The housemates have been friends for a long time and enjoy hanging out in the common area and having people over on occasion. They are both active and are in and out of the house often. They want a roommate who is social and would enjoy hanging out.
