Large Room In 3 Bed, 2 Bath. Walk To Beach!

I am looking for someone to sublease my room for 3.5 months with the option to renew. I am flexible with the dates but ideally the lease would be from October 1 - January 15. The house has all new appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher. It has a balcony with ocean view and a large backyard. Garage and parking. 3 bed, 2 bath. Half a mile from the beach. The room is large with a big walk-in closet, tons of natural light, and a door leading to the backyard. The room is furnished unless you prefer otherwise, we can discuss! The roommates are two 28 year old female professionals. They are very respectful, friendly, kind, and fun! They are my good friends but I need to take care of family for unforeseen circumstances which is why I am leaving this awesome spot! We have bikes and are walking distance to the beach and lots of stores! Just looking for the right fit for my awesome roommates :).
