$2,250 plus utilities split. One bedroom available has direct access to a bathroom the other has a front patio and private entrance to the room. There is a parking garage spot if desired.
Roommates who have no pets (hypoallergenic small dog may be considered) , clean, quiet and professionals would be ideal who don’t have a lot of guests around. I am in my early 30s, travel a lot for work and I have a small yorkie that will be at the house when I’m home (hypoallargenic). The home is a quiet and relaxed space.
Move in date end of March, move out end of May.
House is a quick ten minute walk to the beach, five minutes drive to Manhattan Beach pier and Hermosa Beach pier, beautiful light filled living area and kitchen upstairs and all bedrooms are downstairs. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Fully furnished living and dining area. Gorgeous space to live!
