Breezy Beach House, 3 blocks from the Strand.

Hi All,
I’m searching for a tenant to share my lovely dreamboat Beach House in Hermosa Beach.
The house is three blocks up from the beach. We are surrounded by wonderful restaurants. A very nice little grocery store and the neighborhood is filled with kind hearted neighbors who care.
I am 62 years old. I do not drink or do drugs. I’m not a strict taskmaster, but I simply cannot tolerate any sort of drama no drunkenness or drugs under this roof will be permitted. I’d like to find someone stable financially and emotionally stable. Proof of employment, credit check and background check will be an absolute must with no exceptions.
As I work quite a bit the hours that I spend in the house as somewhat limited, I am around most weekends and travel frequently. I am a caring, considerate and generous person. I am kind and I enjoy stimulating conversation and chemistry is a must. I don’t like and can’t tolerate long uncomfortable silences, where there’s tension in the air.
