Hi new roommate!

The apartment is 2 bedrooms one bathroom. You would have a room to yourself with a spacious closet and would be sharing the bathroom with me. There is a parking spot, laundry downstairs, and AC in the living room. I do work two jobs and go to school, so my hours are all over the place. That being said, I do not mind over night guests, as long as I meet them first before they stay the night. Please also limit that to one guest per night. Please no loud music, and absolutely no parties. If you would like to have a few friends over I do not mind, but we should talk about it first. I would also prefer a student or a full time employed individual.
