We are Madeleine & Mitchell and we are young professionals in our mid 20's. We have a room available in Highland Park, in walking distance to York/Figueroa and the Gold Line. This is a very special house and we are looking for a great person to join us.

This is a one-year lease. The rent is $1160, and the security deposit is $1760 (includes first months rent). Renter's insurance included, all other utilities/wifi shared.. There is a $40 credit check the owners run with the application. Move-in date is September 1st.

The room is about 140 square feet, and has a large closet that has brand new built-in shelves and rails, as well as two windows and a ceiling fan. The room is situated off the living room. You will also have the full bathroom pictured as your own, so there will be no bathroom conflicts!

The house has been recently renovated and features a gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, front porch, front and back yards, lemon tree, and a laundry room (we need to purchase a washer/dryer), as well as a driveway for 3+ cars.

We are looking for someone with a full-time job, good credit, who is clean, fairly quiet, and bonus points if you like to garden.
