Home is located on the border of Los Angeles and Pasadena about 1.5 miles south of the Rose Bowl. Home is on hillside overlooking downtown LA on a very quite street with no thru traffic. Street parking is available and bus access is 2 blocks away. The great nightlife and restaurants of Old Town Pasadena is 2 miles away. We have lived in this home for 30 years and will never leave . Please join us in our corner of paradise in the big city. All of house except other bedrooms will be accessible. We would expect you to care for our home as if it were your own. We live in this home with our adult son who works and goes to school locally. Our 2 daughters are in college, hence the spare rooms. We have a permanent retiree who lives in the other 3rd floor bedroom. He has lived with us for over 30 years. We all come and go at will. Use of laundry and kitchen will be considered.
