I am a young professional looking for a short-term renter to come and stay in Highland Park. there is a large 1-bed private bath available. Utilities NOT included. approximately $7 gas, $45 internet, $100 electricity, split by two people. Looking to rent out for at least 2-3 months short term sublet. The lease is up in March and then goes month to month.

Includes private bath, two large closets, underground covered saved parking spot, in unit laundry, gated community. Next to a park with tennis courts and hiking trail.

I am an easy going, quiet, clean, person. I like to cook, watch movies, explore music, see art. Easy to get along with all.
