Room with private en-suite bathroom

The condo is located in Highland Park, very cool area with coffee shops, and restaurants just a short five minute walk away. Also located no more than 25 minutes away from downtown LA, and Burbank. Also very close to Pasadena.

The condo has 2bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, in-unit washer and dryer, and street parking.

I spend most of my time working, so I’ll be away from the condo about 10 hours each day. You will have free access to all common areas of course, and I will ensure that your room and the condo is deep cleaned and sanitized before you move in.

I ask that my potential roommate helps me keep the home clean, and respects my private space by never going in my room while I’m away. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself, but I am not anti social, so don’t be afraid to engage in conversation.
