Utilities are included, private bathroom, private room, access to onsite washer and dryer. The room is on the 2nd floor. I reside on first floor but have a study on the 2nd floor.
The tasks would be easily managed by someone that has a 40 hour work week. I also own other properties in L. A. and would prefer to spend nights in these home(s) when they are vacant in order to elide traffic. I plan to be out of Country 90 days out of the year. Please note this is a management position and discounted rent is contingent on fulfilling duties of management position. This is not a traditional rental.
NOTE: if you are not of the mindset of adhering to a schedule then this is not a proper position for you. Despite residing in Highland Park I am not artistic, unique, or hip. I average 96 hours per week for work. I am former military and corporate. I enjoy working but traveling for work, working 96 hours per week, and having to maintain and upgrade a large home has become challenging. I do not work from home I work at a commercial office.
Examples of the chores include but are not limited to the following: House sit when I travel for work, wash dishes, water indoor and outdoor plants, clean stove once a week, feed dog, etc. A cleaning lady will arrive twice month and clean the first and second floor.
