Lovely Bedroom in HLP Available

Updated 2023-03-19: Updated ad to include photos of the room and walk-in closet. The room comfortably fits a queen with plenty of room for a dresser/desk. Closet has a lot of room for clothes and all my outdoor/camping/hiking gear. It also has extra shelving space on the left.

We have a room opening up in our lovely, craftsman style home in Highland Park. The house is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants on York Blvd, and a short drive to Sprouts/Trader Joes. It will be available April 2nd, but could be ready April 1st. It’s a slightly larger than standard ~11x10.5 ft room with a spacious walk in closet (~5.5x4.5 ft), and gets lovely amount of natural light. The room comes with a full shared bath that also has ample amounts of storage.

The house itself comes with in-unit laundry, central heat and air. You would get your own dedicated pantry/kitchen space.

Utilities (WiFi, water, trash, electricity, and gas) comes out to about $70-90/month per person.

About Us:
We are two females in our early 30’s, but we are comfortable with a male/non-binary individual moving in. Our unofficial fourth roommate is my sweet dog, she is very quiet, housetrained, and not at all destructive – so you must be okay with dogs, and no more pets are allowed.

What we are looking for:
A reliable, responsible individual who is mindful of others. If you have good cleaning habits, can commit to a 1-year lease starting April 1st/2nd, and consider yourself someone who can respectfully communicate then you’ll probably be a good fit.
