Greetings! I‘m looking for a part-time or temporary solo housemate to share a:

- Fully furnished two bedroom & three bath townhome in Highland park
- High ceilings and sunshine
- Washer and dryer and modern appliances
- Gym in the complex
- Fast wifi
- Balcony with sunset views
- Organic, non-toxic cleaning products
- Work space in the bedroom

The second bedroom (the one for rent) has an organic Saatva mattress, great light and its own full bathroom.

I teach undergraduates, travel about 30% of the time, and often work from home when I’m here.

The monthly rent is $1750 or if you just need it part- time, there may be flexibility.

Alas, I’m allergic to cats, so cannot have one in the apartment.
