11' x 13.5' bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The room has a 6.5' closet and a large front window (6' x 4.5') facing the street and 1 smaller side window. See photo. You will share the bathroom with one other housemate and have full access to the house including the bonus room/office in the back now that we're all working from home.

The housemate you will be sharing the bathroom with works in construction and has a kid that doesn't live here. The mom and kid live elsewhere. I work in IT. He's Tongan and I'm Chinese. We're both very quiet. He usually stays in his room and I'm usually on my computer or watching TV in the office.

The home has been recently renovated. New electrical, paint, laminate flooring and baseboards along with new kitchen cabinets, sink and appliances. The home has central heating and cooling. We have a wood-burning fireplace but we never use it.

The neighborhood is quiet, as well. Sometimes neighbors have parties on holidays but for the most part since there's only three entrances to the neighborhood, it's mostly a peaceful neighborhood. People park on the street overnight but it's not a problem finding a parking spot. We're just south of the Chester Washington Golf Course, if you're a golfer.
