Hollywood- Room in 2 Bed/2 Bath Apartment

Hello friends!
My name is Sydney, I?m 29, and I?m originally from St. Louis, Missouri. I work as an actor and comedian.

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 5550 Hollywood Blvd. The unit is on the 6th floor of a brand new building that is 7 minutes on foot from Hollywood/Western Station on the Red Line. There is also a large shopping complex near that station, which is convenient for grocery shopping and other basic errands without having to drive.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in a 975 square foot apartment. There is also a shared kitchen/dining/living room space with access to a balcony.

The unit includes access to a ton of amenities in the apartment building, including a shared workspace, courtyard with fireplaces, pool/jacuzzi, parking spot in the building?s garage, and security staff who are in the building 24 hours a day.

A little more about me:
I study improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and perform on an indie improv team. I?m not much of a ?partier?; I mostly like to hang out at home, play board games, and watch Netflix. I do like to go to comedy shows and concerts as well. I don?t drink a lot but don?t mind if my roommate does.

I also have two very awesome cats: Westley and Louis. They are really friendly, affectionate, and they act like dogs. The litter box will be in my room so you don?t have to worry about that.

I use a power wheelchair due to a childhood spinal cord injury, but I am very independent and drive my own car. It really isn?t a big deal, I promise. Ask me any questions you have!
