Room for Rent in Heart of Hollywood

I am looking for a female or couple to take over the rest of my lease which would be for 9 months. The current roommate has a 8 year old dog who is very sweet and chill. She works a lot and travels quite a bit so you?ll have the whole apartment to yourself a lot of. The apartment is located in Hollywood off of Franklin Avenue, conveniently located near the 101 freeway.

The apartment amenities include your own bathroom, a secured entry with a FAB remote, secured garage with parking included, a fitness center, laundry on premise (coin free!), stainless steal appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. A nice bonus is that you are free to use the pool that is located at the leasing office down the street (5 minute walk) off of Whitley. The apartment is furnished but the room is not, however there is a ton of storage space that is open if you are bringing a lot of things.

Service/emotional support animals are welcome with paperwork and also pets with a security deposit.

Move in date is as soon as possible with the month of July prorated or by August 3rd when the rent is due. Price includes some utilities however gas, electric, and WiFi are roughly $100 added as well. There is a small deposit of $700 and the room is clean and ready to move in to.
