Modern Shared room in Hollywood

looking for a Rommate

Apt with: 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 closets 1 laundry and 1 dryer inside the apt.
The kitchen room has all new furnitures whirlpool: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven.
The floor is half carpet and half linoleum very clean!!
There is a balcony on sunset boulevard (you can see the Cinerama on front of you)
Right now we are in 3 (a couple in a room and me in the other room) we are looking for a roommate to share my same room.

rent $800 a month all bills included (wifi, water, gas, electricity, gym, pool, jacuzzi, office with printer and computers)
+ $1000 of deposit. regular contract until may 2019 with the leasing office of the residential SUNSET AND VINE.

We have a Traiders Joe and Walgreens around the corner, also 800 degree pizzeria and Japanese fancy restaurant
Metro and Bus station around the corner.
