Part of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, it comes partially furnished, with a full bath, and a magnificent view of Los Angeles! Apartment amenities include free underground parking and washers & dryers on every floor. I currently reside here with my roommate, who is moving out soon. The rules of the property are no loud noise from 10 pm to 9 am; I keep the apartment organized and clean, and I expect the same of whoever moves in (there is a dishwasher so it is fairly easy). Aside from that I'm very easy going and look forward to being your roommate!
