Living Room in Hollywood

HI, I have a living room and I'm going to move out on 1st/May, so I'm looking for someone take my lease.
It's in Hollywood, close to Chinese Theatre, 5min to CVS, LA Fitness, 7-11. 10 min to Ralphs,
There are two parking spots, and laundry room is in the apartment.
there are two roommate, they're quiet and both have their own room, one is the student in musician school, another is TA in a college, and they no smoke or drug, most time they stay in their room, only go outside when they cooking, so I will say it likes a private room. Bathroom will be shared with one of roommate. And the apartment has gym and pool.

the rent will be $695/mon+uitilies, so it around $750~780/month. deposit will be $883.
