Seeking roommate in Hollywood

Looking for a roommate starting September 1st. I'm fully vaccinated and practice all CDC safety precautions.

The unit is a couple of blocks east of the Pantages Theater, W Hotel, and the Hollywood Sunday Farmer's Market. This is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Hollywood with unobstructed views of the Hollywood sign.

The apartment has been freshly painted and professionally cleaned and has had a brand-new central air conditioning and heating system installed, along with a top-of-the-line Samsung washer and dryer inside the unit.

This corner apartment has floor to ceiling windows in the living room, and every room in the condo gets incredible light. There are custom shades on all the windows. The shared spaces have hardwood floors (brand-new, stain-free, clean carpeting in the bedrooms), stainless steel appliances, black stone countertops, and comes fully furnished.

In the available room, there is a queen-sized bed with frame, leather club chair, desk, desk chair, two dressers and a large closet. Your private bathroom has a tub to soak in if you like taking baths.

There is a small communal gym on the first floor of the building that is open to all residents. Utilities are included in the price, as well as one of the two side-by-side parking spaces (not tandem) that are located in the gate-coded garage.

I'm ideally looking for someone who has a reliable source of income, is clean and knows how to clean up after themselves and be respectful of a nice home. It's easy to coexist in this large apartment. Happy to interact and be social but also respectful of those times when you want to close your door and have alone time and privacy.
