Gorgeous 10th floor view of LA. Room for rent in 2bd 2br Apartment located in the heart of Hollywood. You are a 2 minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame and TCL Chinese Theater. Preferably looking for a female identifying roommate but anyone cool and clean is more than welcome to apply.

Your room has a double closet and will only be furnished with the bed frame and mattress, everything else is getting moved out and the room is going to be cleaned and sanitized. You get your own parking spot with a fob to get in and out of the secure building and garage. I want someone who is looking to stay at lease 3 months but I’m open to anyone

I’m 19 and in college going to school to be an A&R and I moved to LA 7 months ago to pursue my acting career. So if you’re into the music/entertainment industry, you should definitely apply I would love to have a roommate with similar interests. But overall, I’m super chill, clean, and 4/20 friendly.
