3 bd 2bath townhouse in Hollywood

I am a 23 yr old female living with my bf who is also 23. We work from home in social media & marketing. We have a 3 bedroom townhouse and are looking to fill in one of the rooms with a roommate! You would have your own private room & bathroom. The townhouse is 3 stories, the bottom we use as an office, 2nd floor is the kitchen, living room, and balcony area. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. We are very friendly, love to cook and focus on our work!
