Coliving Oasis in the heart of Hollywood

Treehouse offers furnished, private studios as well as shared housing with a focus on community. Residents host a weekly Sunday dinner where the whole community is welcome to attend. Additionally, community liaisons receive a monthly budget allocated for residents to host resident-led events. Our 24 hour amenities spaces were built to facilitate work and socializing. Residents can make a coffee at our free café, have a meeting on the rooftop, record a podcast in our recording studios or meet up for lunch in our communal kitchen. The possibilities to meet and connect at Treehouse are endless.

Private studios and coliving(w/private ensuite bath) come furnished and include all utilities. Assigned parking available for an additional $250 per month. Additional monthly short term lease fees 3-6 months($150) and 6-10 months ($100).
