We have all the amenities in the house such as fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, juicer, toaster, microwave, oven, air conditioning, heater, wi-fi and MOST IMPORTANTLY, PRIVATE WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. Parking is also available. (If desired, there’s reserved parking for an extra fee.)

We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate. There are three of us, two males and one female living in this apartment. We are all in the entertainment industry.

*If you go to New York film Academy, both Barham and Riverside buildings are very close to this apartment.
