King bedroom in luxury 3bed 4bath two-story Hollywood penthouse available. Only one roommate (me) and my non-shedding 20lb pup.

The 3rd bedroom, which is the loft and connects to our private rooftop with a table, sofa and fire pit, will be our shared guest room.

Flexible on lease timing. I have a hypoallergenic 20lb pup and am open to other non shedding dogs, but not considering shedding dogs or couples.

Me: 28 year old, vegan, queer and single. I like home being pretty sacred so I hardly have people over, occasional dinner, coffee or overnight guest but never parties. Would love someone similar. I love to cook, usually do every day or two (super mindful of smell and would appreciate someone else to be too. I light candles or sage and open the balcony door). I work out of the house three days a week but am also a member of a couple clubs where I do computer work from too. I keep clean but also like to hire a cleaner, so hopefully someone who would like to split on that every 2 or 3 weeks. Any questions, feel free to ask here or text.
