Your bedroom is a 12' X 18' fully furnished master suite plus an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The two bedrooms are separated by the common areas (no adjoining bedroom walls).

You share the common space with a considerate and clean housemate. He's a 40 year old gay man who works a 9-5 as a marketing director. You'd also get a bonus housemate, a sweet Shih-Tzu that doesn't bark, bite, or jump. We are a shoe-free household inside the home, which keeps the floors clean.

The condo is located in a prime location: One block from Ralph's. Three blocks from Runyon Canyon. Multiple fitness studios and eateries within a quarter mile.

6 month lease, then month-tp-month after. Rent is $1550 per month, refundable security deposit $1700. Must have good credit. Utilities and internet are to be split 50/50 between housemates.
