Looking to rent a room in a 4 bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills. The house has a front and back porch, as well as large balcony from the room that is being rented. Perfect location if you work or go to school in the surrounding areas like Studio City, Universal City, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, and Sherman Oaks. All the common areas (living room, dining area, kitchen, backyard) are shared.
The other roommates in the house are respectful of the common areas and keep everything clean. They work full time and some travel frequently for work. Laid back home environment, please do not apply if you are looking for a party house.
House trained pets are welcome! There are two small incredibly nice and friendly dogs that live at the house and get along with other animals.
$1.150 / Month - Looking to rent March 1st. Prefer a 1 year lease, open for discussion.
Bedroom comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. Room has a high vaulted ceiling. Washer and dryer included in the house. The room also has its own closet and a shared bathroom.
Utilities split 4 ways (cable, Internet, trash, water, sewage, electric) usually $75-$100 a month per person.
