Live in beautiful AVA Toluca Hills!

Hi! I am taking a lease in beautiful AVA Toluca Hills in Hollywood Hills mid-end October and I am looking for a wonderful roommate to come with me! :) The complex is right next to all the big studios (walking distance to Warner bros), with a beautiful view of the whole valley! The rent will be at a fixed price somewhere between 1500-1650 a month, depending how lucky we are when we take the lease. I already live here, so I have all the furniture we need to create a home and I am more than happy to share.

AVA has GREAT amenities - gyms, swimming pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, free parking, lounges, music room, market +++. The area is quiet, with a great creative vibe. It also has the freshest air quality I have experienced in the valley being so high up.

The apartments here are really well laid out, with two just about equal size rooms on either side, with a large living room between the two rooms, a modern kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony and fireplace! The pictures I have attached are of a similar apartment - the one I want for us is much better (!!!), with more natural light, on the top floor (3rd) and comes with a fireplace. It is currently being renovated.

I am looking for a female roommate who is clean, fun and kind! I work in animation and am both working and doing a MFA at the New York Film Academy, but I also love to sing, dance and hobby filmmaking. I am originally from Norway and have traveled a lot in my life. I speak English, Norwegian, Swedish, a bit of German and dabble in French. I have lived in LA for 3 years now and I enjoy discovering new places here. I am sporty (or at least try to be!), but I also work a lot at my desk, at home or at work.
