Large Bedroom Next to Runyon!

Hi All,

We have a large bedroom (132 sq ft) available in a large 3bd/2ba apartment right next to Runyon canyon for $1,150/month plus utilities, ~$150/month plus $75 for a parking spot in the garage (optional). The room comes with a large closet, faces the courtyard and there is additional space in the hallway closet. Security deposit is $1,150. Current roommate gave notice for moving out 2/1/22, but said we just need to give him 30-day notice if we find someone faster. The apartment complex comes with key fob access, central HVAC, elevators, pool, hottub and balcony. Must have good credit or a co-signer with good credit.

About us: I'm a 32yo male that does corporate tax consulting mon-fri. I enjoy bars/clubs on weekends as well as weightlifting, cooking, hiking, music festivals and networking events. My other roommate is a 33yo male that works at a restaurant in Beverly Hills who enjoys being social, working out, hiking, dodgeball, movie/game nights with friends. We keep it pretty low-key during the week with just work and whatnot, but like to go out on weekends.
More than anything else looking for someone who is considerate, cleans up after themselves, pays rent and utilities when they’re due, and someone that can be friendly with us.
