Couple looking for roommate for spare bedroom

Hello, me and my partner are looking to rent out the spare bedroom in our quiet town house. We’re both clean, quiet and not big drinkers so we prefer to keep the house a chill environment. The bedroom comes with its own private bath and a tandem garage parking spot. We like to cook at home a lot and have roomie dinners but also respect privacy and along time. We primarily live in the master bedroom and my partner uses the adjacent room for his office. Mr. Meowgi is my bengal cat, he is super friendly and his shedding is pretty minimal.
