I'm Terrion, and I'm currently living in a spacious two-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. I'm looking for a responsible and clean roommate to share this lovely space with. Here's a bit about me and the apartment:

I work as a grip for Local 80 union and also Security for CSC as a side hustle. Im in my mid twenties, and I value a peaceful and harmonious living environment. I'm friendly, easygoing, and enjoy maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In my free time, I love being outside, exploring the city, and trying out new cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is located in a convenient and vibrant neighborhood in Los Angeles It's located literally down the street from a couple well known places such as SoFi Stadium, BMO Stadium, and Hollywood Park. It's modern and furnished with a bed. I'm currently working on getting furniture for the entire unit. The common areas are spacious and welcoming of ideas and decorations, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment dose not have a washer and dryer.

The available room is located next to the master room it has a cable cord and comes with a bed, you're more then welcome to throw the current bed out and purchase one of your own. The pictures posted pretty much describe the room. The room receives natural light and offers a comfortable and cozy space for relaxation and study.
