Hello Future Housemate

Hey this room is a 10x10 I believe, un-furnished and on the third floor of our condo. everyone here is chill and laidback and hoping you are too. The condo is furnished with all appliances and you will be welcomed to chill as you please while being considerate of others. This place has a community pool which is pretty nice. It is located in a closed residential next to the 10 freeway on Indian Hill in Claremont. Walking distance you have the market, in-n-out, Popeyes, McDonald?s, 7-11 and pretty much any convenient place for food. we have an established cleaning routine so be ready to clean when it is your turn. We aren?t messy at all so no need to worry about cleaning too much.
