Rooms for Rent in Pomona/Claremont

Have 1 room available for rent that’s about 110 sqft. Small room for up to a full size or queen bed. Townhome is in a gated community. We have a balcony, full kitchen set up, washer/dryer. Really nice home with community pool and jacuzzi. Furnished living room and dining room. The room will not be furnished, the photos attached is an example of the room that will be cleared out before August 18th.

As of now, there are 3 females and myself living here. My fiancé and I are in the master bedroom. The two other rooms are occupied by the females. We’re all very easy to get along with, clean, fun, out going, responsible, chill, and respectful. We’re all around our mid 20s. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona four years ago and now work in construction and my fiancé went to Ventura College and currently works at City of Hope hospital. I can send more pictures of the house if anybody is interested or we can have you come over to check out the spot.
