Spacious room, easy-going roomies

Hi! My husband and I are renting out our extra room to help with mortgage payments. We are looking for an easy-going, tidy (at least in common areas!), friendly roomie. We will consider a couple for $1800/month.

Our tri-level condo is in a gated community in a quiet residential area of Inglewood. You would enjoy your very own parking spot in an attached garage, on-site laundry, and a semi-private bathroom (it's not en-suite so any guests coming over would use it as well).

We are a short drive from Downtown Culver City, Westchester, and Playa Vista, with Ralph's and Smart & Final within walking distance. LAX is also a short 10-15 min. commute, which makes this room pretty ideal for anyone who needs to travel a lot or works in aviation. We are also located very close to the 405 freeway.

We like hanging out and being friendly with our roomies, but are also happy to stay out of your hair if that's more your style. We love cooking dinner together and binging on Netflix and watching movies while cuddling with our two miniature pinscers (who will probably love your face, but are not allowed in your space unless you invite them in).
