Private Bedroom With En-Suite Bathroom

We are looking for a roomate! The bedroom is large and has a ton of light along with its own beautiful tiled bathroom. The home itself is a three bedroom and four bath. There is a large kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and a new washer and dryer. The home (excluding bedroom) is fully furnished and even has a fireplace. There is also off street parking and a gigantic back yard with turf, fruit trees and plants as well as a bbq and is set up to hang out outside. Great neighborhood and only 1 mile from the brand new LA Stadium. There is even a charger if you have a plug in car.

About us: My roomate and I are in our mid 30s. I own the house and rent one other room to another friend. We are rarely at the house as both of us are gone before 5:30am and I don?t get back until generally around 7 or later. We are clean and quiet and generally do our own thing. We are both career focused and also enjoy sports and grilling with the bbq. I have a dog that is in the yard during the day and comes inside at night. He, (dog not roomate) is extremely friendly (so is the roommate) and doesn?t bark at all.

Who we are looking for: professional who cleans up after themselves and respects the space and others. Someone who doesn?t want a party space. And is good with a quiet house at night.
