Seeking Housemate for Room for Rent

We are looking for a housemate who is a good fit. I’m renting 1 (possibly 2) rooms depending on the circumstances, and the housemate we find. There is a negotiable option for private bathroom instead of shared.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: *A safe, quiet gated community with security personnel *A Quiet, peaceful home with lots of privacy *1 parking space *1 extra closet in the home *Full kitchen access *All utilities included (electric, internet, trash, water/sewage) *Extra storage *pool access *bedroom furnishings are not available at this time but may be an option that can be negotiated in the future.

TO RENT HERE THERE IS: *Please no smoking or marijuana on the premises *No drugs *No pets *A 1st month + security deposit required *A background/credit check/ references required *A roommate rental agreement required.

NEGOTIABLE RENTAL OPTIONS-YOU MAY:
**Rent 1 bedroom (smaller room), shared bath $1,000 OR
**Rent 1 bedroom (larger room), shared bathroom $1,200 OR
**Rent 1 bedroom, private bathroom $1,300
**DISCOUNTED RENT IS AVAILABLE/NEGOTIABLE (lowered to between $800-$1100) for helping me with my household needs and/or with my father (basics like grocery errands/cooking, etc.)

WHO WE ARE: I am fairly recent grad who moved back home to take care of my father. I have moved the 2 of us into a great townhouse where he lives on the first floor. He is fairly independent, kind-hearted, and friendly, but needs a little more help and oversight than before (meal prep, transportation, chatting, cleaning, etc.). He only uses the 1st floor most of the time for safety reasons (unless maintenance people were to come in or something). So, I’m his primary caregiver. I’m a social work and English lit nerd. I’m an introvert, but I’m down to hang out and have some fun if that’s what happens naturally. I enjoy everything from dance classes to volunteering to painting to festivals, etc (virtually during covid). I don’t have people over often, and read more than I watch tv. My father does NOT drink and I rarely do, for health reasons. We keep a clean, peaceful home (especially for his health) and are happy to interact with you as much or as little as you want.
