Beds in Room for Rent

I have 2 Beds in a Room for rent.
Conditions are as follows:

A.) Female prefrered and or ARTIST/ Creatives
(pay for background check)

B.) Be Employed or in School and Responible

D.) Able to live with a family including three 10 yr olds

E.) Dog and Cockatoo Bird Friendly

Bathroon is Shared/ Utlitites/ Parking / WiFi is included

Rent is Negotiable...I am just trying to be an example of how to help someone in need.
THERE IS NOT ENOUGH RESPECT and KINDNESS IN THE WORLD...I WILL do what is neccessary to be protective, of all and we have outside video security installed. I run a home office so someone is always home as well. I can furnish it if needed
