Roommate for TriLevel 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath Townhouse

Looking for a Roommate for my modern Tri-Level 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhouse inside a secure, well lit, gated 12 unit complex with 24 hr video surveillance. Males or Females welcome. Rules: Respect your other roommates, no smoking, no pets, keep noise level down especially after midnight, keep kitchen area clean after each use, and there is high efficiency washer/dryer next to bedrooms so laundry use is limited to 5:30am-11:30pm. Otherwise live and let live. I mostly stay in my room If I’m not working so you have free reign of the place. Brand new hardwood flooring. There is a garage but those spots are currently occupied so you have to park on the street. When the parking spot comes available there is an additional $50/ month If you want it. All utilities are included except we share the power bill. You will share the upstairs bathroom with the other renter, but there’s another 1/2 bath downstairs too.
Amenities include: key pad entrance, furnished living room with TV, your room with a view is big enough for a queen sized bed, internet, cable, dining room, balcony with a bbq pit, full kitchen with granite countertops, central A/C & heating, tankless water heater. Plenty of storage space in kitchen and garage.
Bonus: housekeeping cleans common areas every other week!
Hint: upstairs bedrooms are warmer than downstairs so you will definitely want to have a fan in your room. I think I’m pretty low maintenance to live with, and responsive to your concerns, because even though it is a month-to-month rental every tenant I’ve had has stayed at least a year or longer. I want you to enjoy living here, but if you like you have crazy late night house parties every weekend this is probably not the place for you. The home is like our peaceful stress-free sanctuary.
