I have a bedroom with own bathroom available in my family 2 bd 2 bth apartment. Rent will be 1100$ which includes water, trash, and electricity, there will be a 500$ refundable deposit when you leave. I’m looking for female only. No cigarette smoking but is ok only on the patio. We have a pool, jacuzzi, recreation room, and gym, with on-site washer and dryers on every floor, kitchen and living room leads to patio. Close to 405 freeway and LAX, shopping center with Ralph’s, TGIF restaurant, Ross, CVS, and banks, lots of fast food restaurants around. Bus system if needing pubic transportation.
