Renting out a room in Inglewood!

I am a 23 year old female renting a private bedroom in inglewood CA! I may have lived here first but to whoever moves in, this place is just as much yours! :) you will have a shared bathroom with me. Apartment has a large kitchen and a laundry room downstairs along with central AC and heat and a parking spot. Location is right next to the freeway and very close to the beach cities and all kinds of food and entertainment. You must be ok living with a dog. I have an Alaskan Malamute (yes she is furry and yes she is allowed on the couch). She is a senior girl and spends most of her day sleeping and I stay pretty on top of cleaning up any hair she sheds on the daily from the shared areas of the home. I offer a trade off to my roommates that if you take her out to use the bathroom on days I need to be gone for longer periods of time then I pay for all of our utilities.
