Hi There! I am looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bed/2 bath house w/myself, my high school aged daughter, and our pup. Rent is $1600 and includes all utilities, internet, and laundry. lease term is month to month, and the space is available starting 7/01/2024

About the Space:

This ranch style house is situated in the neighborhood of Inglewood, on a quiet street, and in close proximity to public transportation 
Parking is included as there is a long driveway in addition to ample street parking

Inside, there’s a living room, an elevated family room and dining area. There is a full kitchen w/ space for additional seating as well.  As mentioned, laundry is on premises in the garage. The bedroom for rent is big enough for queen bed and additional furniture. The bedroom has a door that leads directly to the back yard. The private, large, and fenced in yard.

About Me:
I am a working professional in my 30's and enjoy maintaining a clean and peaceful environment. I love to cook, go the gym regularly, and am out and about pretty consistently, whether that is for work or school related events for my daughter. I value open communication and mutual respect; I will always be open to listen and want to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate personal space and also enjoy socializing and getting to know roommates.

I am looking for a female roommate ideally,  one who is responsible, clean and respectful of shared spaces. My hope is that we can create a comfortable and welcoming living environment for all of us.
