The Lorenzo shared bedroom in a 3-unit apartment

One shared bedroom with two beds and bathroom included, so I'mm looking for two people or one that pays both rents.

As exchange students we only study one semester here, and we are leaving before Christmas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with 2 beds each, and includes all kind of furniture and tools, as we are leaving them behind (such as kitchen tools, lights, cleaning stuff...). The apartment includes all kinds of services as washing machine, dryer, complete kitchen, TV, two balconies (one in the room), internet connection. But most importantly, it's in The Lorenzo residence, which has many amenities, such a gym, several pools, spa, basketball and volleyball courts, cinema... which is all included in the price.

Reletting is easy as we manage everything with The Lorenzo, so we just need the compromise and some data to arrange everything. The contract goes from 21 of December to final July.
