Private Room and Bath in Koreatown

We are couple in our 30s living in 2 Bed and 2 Bath apartment. Our apartment building is very quite and safe. It was built in the past 10 years, so it is still new.

We are taking the master bedroom with its bathroom. So, you will have your private room and you will be using the other bathroom.

We don't have pets, and we can't have cats or dogs because of allergy.

There is a washer and dryer in unit.

We are ten minutes walking distance to Wilshire and Normandie metro station, and ten minutes to Wilshire and Vermont metro station.
One bus from home every 30 minutes will take you to USC.

Grocery stores, Ralphs, Jons, and CVS pharmacy are walking distance. Verity of restaurants close by.

Parking on street or we could arrange a parking rent with the building manager.

Utilities and high speed internet will be free for you.

We are looking for a quite and clean female.

The lease is month to month and the deposit is one month rent.
