Room available in new Koreatown apartment!

My original roommate had to move back home for family reasons and I am looking to fill this room ASAP! The apartment is furnished aside from the available room. The room has its own bathroom and closet along with wall to wall carpeting. The apartment has a patio and is equipped with all utilities including our own high-speed Internet, smart TV and Xbox One. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. The complex has a gym and a pool along with other amenities. Apartment has A/C and heat.

I am a CT native, moved out here this past summer and am currently working in tech. I really only use the apartment for sleeping and the gym during the week and I?m rarely in the apartment on weekends. When I?m not working I like to workout, play soccer, go out, eat, drink and just generally have a good time. I never cook and am very clean just because I don?t spend too much time in the apartment. Ideally I?d also like to live with someone that keeps our common space clean.
