Large furnished master bedroom sublet in Koreatown

Looking to rent a fully furnished master bedroom in Koreatown starting June 25th, for eight weeks until August 20th (or thereabouts). I can be somewhat flexible on either end if you need a little extra time.

You would be sharing the fully furnished apartment with a 34 year old queer male who is chill and respectful. He currently works in the service industry a few days a week, has an active social life, and is quiet around the house. He cooks a lot, which you are welcome to do too.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with Calphalon cookware and some other good gadgets. There is a separate dining area connected to the large living room (TV with Hulu, Netflix, and some cable channels to boot).

Your bedroom has an air conditioner window unit for those hot summer nights (and days), queen size bed, and plenty of storage for all your summer wardrobe.

I have recently been offered employment that requires me to relocate to Atlanta for eight weeks of training. There is a possibility that I will be relocating for a longer period of time and could extend the sublet. I will have confirmation of this within a week of the start of my training.

Rent is $930/mo (includes utilities and internet) and there is a shared parking area for your car, if you have one. The location is in the heart of Koreatown, near Wilshire and Normandie, so if you are without a car, like me, you have endless transit options within a short walking distance.

The complex is a vintage courtyard style building from the 1930s (11 apartments, 13 residents) and everyone is friendly and respectful around here. Most of the neighbors have lived here at least five years.
