Looking for a roomate(s) for a house in the Los Angeles area. MUST be able to comfortably afford rent ($750-$1000)
We're looking to move in mid-January, no later than Feb 1st. (Currently house demographic is 2 men, 2 women, 1 cat, 1 dog.)
You get:
- your own bedroom
-private bathroom (if possible, and requires the higher end of budget)
- washer and dryer in unit
-monthly housekeeper for shared common areas (in addition to everyone cleaning up after themselves of course)
-chill creative roommates
