Room available in 2 bed 1 bath apt

Hello! I'm looking for a female roomate to move into a sunny private room in May. Rent controlled building has washer and dryer, one parking spot per apt. Living room is already furnished but bedroom can come unfurnished.

Looking for someone neat and clean in common areas. No drugs or criminal history please. Building doesn't allow dogs, but a cat is ok. Also, it's a shoes off home.

I work in the music industry and when I'm home varies. I also have a friendly kitten that is currently staying with family but I'm planning to bring her here too. Let me know if you have any questions:)
