Bedroom (fits a Queen) w/closet + own bathroom w/a HUGE shower. K Town. Living spaces separated by a large shared living room (furnished) & kitchen. In unit washer & dryer. Gym. Pool. Rec area. Outside shared patio area. Tandem parking available. Rent comes w/amenities (electric, gas, water) except you’ll pay half of top of the line Spectrum internet. The room can either come unfurnished or it can include a Queen-sized pull-out couch bed. I have two older chihuahuas (11 y/o & 15 y/o who are house trained. My dogs will roam free in the shared spaces but won’t go into your space. I work FT at a traditional hours job. I don’t smoke drink or do drugs. Looking for someone who is clean responsible respectful quiet considerate non-racist person. I put max as 6 months but open to extending if everything works out. Don’t want to be stuck w/personality differences.
