One room for rent to one person

This is a 3 bedroom condo in Korea Town, on Olympic and Hobart Blvd. Owner lives in the master bedroom. One room is rented to a student, very quit. We call him the Ghost because we never see him or hear him. The Condo is fully furnished, with access to kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom in the hallway shared with one other person. The unit is always keep clean. It has internet and wifi access. you'll have to pay for the additional box for cable via Spectrum.

We prefer college students.
