It's just for the private bedroom, no kitchen use, ideal for someone who just needs a safe clean place to stay and sleep, who's in town temporarily for work (NOT WORK FROM HOME) or travel. Street parking. One person only.
It's a shared bathroom with me one female, thus FEMALE PREFERRED since we are sharing a bathroom.

Me: I work from home at computer all day & I teach at the gym.
No drugs, guests, smoking. Please be a quiet person.
